As an event company, CKC operates the Food & Beverage and Concession activities at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. The Personnel Department is currently recruiting for seasonal and temporary employment positions. These positions are strictly weekends.

Area Maintenance

Responsible for opening booths, storage facilities, & preheating equipment by 7:00 am

Executive Feast Chef

The Executive chef will be responsible ensuring kitchens provide nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, properly flavored food, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees.

Food Prep/Cook

Responsible for all aspects of the back of the booth

Grounds Crew Manager

The Grounds Manager is responsible for the maintenance and
improvements to all Festival grounds. The Grounds Manager will ensure that The Festival grounds are kept in top condition for full and productive use.

Grounds Crew Member

The position will include supporting the Grounds Manager and Food Crew

Inventory Specialists

Know all inventory levels in the area storage facilities & booths and more

Maintenance Worker

The position will include supporting the Food Service Manager along with individual projects. Projects may include, but are not limited to: opening booths, maintaining booth workability, moving equipment, inventory & supplies as directed and more.

PAL (Personnel Area Liaisons)

Responsible for helping manage the personnel aspects of the groups and personnel in area, this can be anywhere from 11-18 booths per area.

Parking Attendant - Security Traffic Control Flyer

Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.

Runners

Responsible for timely delivery of product to the booths and general clean-up of area.

Sous Feast Chef

Work Hours: 5:00 am – 8:00 pm Festival Days & on Fridays when it fits into the Chefs schedule
Prep on Fridays for the weekend
Prepare food for booths, Breakfast, Feasts, Daily events, & Parties
Clean, prep, & close kitchen
Assist the dishwasher with pots & pans
Complete other duties as assigned by the Executive Feast Chef
