Dog Rules & Registration

To be eligible to bring your dog to the Festival the following terms must be met:

1. Fill out the Dog Registration Form and bring it with you when you come to the Festival
2. Bring proof of Core Vaccinations including: rabies, distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza and parvovirus with dates in one of the following forms:
   • Printed proof of shots from veterinarian (must include the above valid vaccinations).
   • Tag on dog with date of expirations (must include the above valid vaccinations).
   • Bring your dog to Dog Check-In prior to entry bring proof of distemper, Parvovirus & Rabies vaccinations with dates.
   • The vaccines for distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and parvovirus are all often within one combination vaccine, DHPP.
3. Photo Requirements:
   • Photo must be clear of the dogs head and may include the body.
   • Photos will not be returned.

Proof of vaccinations is required for dog entry.
