Donations

Minnesota Renaissance Festival is proud to support our community and strives to assist nonprofit organizations through the donation of admission tickets for use in fundraising activities.

All donation requests must be submitted through the form below. We are unable to accept written, phone, or email requests.

Due to the high volume of submissions, please do not call or email regarding the status of your request. Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation.

Requests will be considered for organizations that align with our charitable giving guidelines.

Request Eligibility

501c3 Non-profit organizations or other charitable organizations are welcome to fill out the donation request below.
Requests must be for fundraising purposes only (ex. raffle, silent or live auction).

Application Process.

Requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
Donations are limited to one request per organization each calendar year.

Donation Guidelines

Donations are only made to nonprofit organizations located in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, or North Dakota.
Donations will be two single-day admission tickets valid during the 2026 Festival season
Donation tickets are valid the first four weekends of the Festival and Festival Friday (August 22nd – September 13th plus October 2nd, 2026)
We do not give season passes, special event tickets or monetary donations.
Only one donation will be made to an organization or cause in a given year.
Donations are mailed out once a month, you will not receive notification if your request is not granted for some reason.

Request Fulfillment

Please understand that request fulfillment is not immediate. Charitable donation are done on a rolling basis and filled sequentially based on order of events.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a donation.
Donations will be mailed to the address provided.
