Media Application Policy

Eligibility & Approval
Applications are reviewed by our marketing team. Approval is based on audience relevance, prior coverage, and adherence to professional standards. Applicants will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

Coverage Expectations
Media representatives are expected to maintain professional standards and respect the experience and privacy of attendees, performers, vendors, and staff.

Post-Event Coverage
We ask that media outlets share any resulting coverage with us for archival and promotional use.

Media Interaction with Performers and Vendors Policy

Many of our performers, vendors, and concessions are independently operated businesses. To ensure a positive experience for all parties, advance coordination is required for interviews, filming, or in-depth interactions.

Media representatives must notify the festival in advance of any requests to engage with performers, vendors, or attractions. Unscheduled or disruptive interactions may be restricted at the discretion of festival management.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable environment for our participants and guests.
