Like Black Tie, this race is reserved for dogs who are colored black & white. A race reserved for the most dashing of puppers, dressed to the 9’s in doggie bowties, tuxedos & dresses, only during Wine, Chocolate, and Romance Weekend (September 2nd – 4th).
